Ordered a part for my bronco that I wasn't sure was the correct part due to the horrible parts diagram on the ford parts website. I described the part to Brenda (parts manager) she assured me that it was the correct part that I was ordering. I received the parts a few days later and it was the wrong part. Called to return the part and was told since it was a discontinued part there was no returns. I was not informed of this when I ordered it nor is it stated on the receipt. So now I'm stuck with a pat that I can not use. Thanks a lot Brenda at Ranchland Ford.
Needed a key or a code for truck. Arrogant staff said my goodness you will need to schedule appointment for that. Left... googled a video on you tube of how to get the code for truck... took 5 minutes and a 7mm wrench. Didnt buy my last ford from here.. will not take my current one here... nor my next!
