Unfortunately, we had to use Goviers twice within 2 years. They are very unorganized when it comes to preparing and communicating. Claims of lost emails and actually calling me by a different name when it was clear and obvious who was emailing him. I do, however, have a positive comment about Doug Gaston who made the actual memorial very comfortable for us and helped it go smoothly. All my family had the same thoughts as myself. Thank you Doug!
