This place is a reminder of what Pizza Hut once was! The food was spectacular; fluffy bread sticks, great tasting pizza; the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was fast! Great job BB Pizza Hut, we will be back!
I grew up eating Pizza Hut in Broken Bow, so while staying here for the holiday it made sense to order in some delivery. Was disappointed to learn that this store does not recognize the online coupons, and also, if you order boneless wings, there are no options for sauces. You get plain , breaded pieces of chicken, which was poorly cooked. I normally LOVE the boneless wings from Pizza Hut, so very sad I wasn’t able enjoy them here in Bow. The Pizza was fine.
Consistently good food and very good service. Lunch buffet is very good.
Stopped on the way through the state because we love Pizza Hut but this was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I don't know if the pizza wasn't cooked all the way or what but the pizza was so soggy it was practically inedible. Staff was nice but the place was pretty unorganized and a mess. We probably won't be to a Pizza Hut any time soon.
