Great place with great service and an amazing manager
You would never know you were in Broken Bow. This store is everything you would find in any city. Not like the rest in a small town. Clean and bright. Staff not standing out front smoking. Staff wanted to help.
Bait and switch. Promised a buy one, get one promo, but staff and manager did not know the full details. When i had issues with rebate and returned to store, the manager finally read the details of the promo and mysteriously e-mailed her "boss?". Never heard another word from anyone at this store. Called back, still no progress. Tried to resolve via call center, which was another calamity. Visited Grand Island verizon store several times. They were very helpful and spent hours, literally, attempting to resolve but it was too far gone. Spent six months trying to resolve. Had to pay full price for 2 new phones. Ugh! This happened over a year ago. Could not write a review that could be printed until now. This store may be able to help with repairs, but will never purchase a phone here again. Customer service was non-existent in store and with the "boss". May or may not stay with verizon for next phone. Have been with alltel/windstream/verizon since bag phone days of early 1990s.
